Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
  • We have a 30-day return policy on most items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your items to return them.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Please note that returns will need to be dropped off at our store, located at 899 Dundas Street, Woodstock, Ontario.

  • Please note some returned items require review and testing before a return/refund will be accepted.  In these cases, it may take 1-2 business days for a proper review/test.

  • You can always contact us with any questions, and we will be happy to help.

Damages & Product Issues

Please inspect your product upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incomplete so we can evaluate it and make it right!

All warranty decisions are at the discretion of the manufacturer.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned like software, licensed products, opened consumables, and wearable products like headsets. Please note that this list is not exhaustive. For more information please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Computer Systems

Returned computer systems are subject to review by one of our qualified technicians before a refund can be issued. This is usually completed in 1-2 business days.

Unfortunately, special ordered or custom-built computers systems are not returnable.

Any labour or services that accompanied a computer system purchase cannot be refunded.

Refunds

If your return is accepted, we will refund you using the same payment method used to purchase the item.
